Private Session Policy

Private Session Policy

  • Please arrive on time or arrive 5-10 minutes early to relax.

  • You are allocated for a spefic slot for your session. If you arrive late for the apointment, we will not be able to extend your session over your appointment. So, please do to arrive late.


    Cancellation Policy

    We require at least a 24 hours notice for a changing or canceling an appointment.

    A fee may apply if,

    • A last minute cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the session fee

    • No show: 100% of the session fee.

  • In case of emergency and need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible
