Case Study: Auto Immune and Allergies

Case 1: Food Allergies

Female, 50s: She had suffered from food allergies her entire life. Her whole family on her mother's side had food allergies or digestive conditions. Whenever she ate certain foods, she developed pain and skin reactions.

Treatment: Because she carried accumulated emotional burdens and trauma from childhood, she began with several Reiki sessions to release deeply held emotions. After addressing this root cause, she started acupuncture treatment. Within a few sessions she no longer experienced the food allergy symptoms she had lived with for decades. She was able to digest foods that previously triggered reactions. She also improved her diet — cutting down sugar and processed foods and increasing fresh vegetables and fruits.

Case 2: Food Allergies (Pediatric)

Boy, 5 years old: He had suffered from severe food allergies to most tree nuts and fish since early childhood. When he came into contact with these foods, he developed severe rashes around the mouth and breathing difficulty.

Treatment: He began weekly pediatric acupuncture. Within a few months his allergy test results showed he was no longer allergic to most tree nuts and seafood. He was able to introduce some nuts and seafood into his diet without reactions. He continued bi-weekly treatment to overcome his remaining food allergies. He now lives freely without fear of severe allergic reactions.

Case 3: Seasonal Allergies

Female, 30s: She suffered from seasonal allergies every year. Her symptoms included sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.

Treatment: She received three bi-weekly acupuncture treatments with Chinese herbal medicine for eight days to cleanse the liver and detoxify her system. Since then her symptoms have not returned. The following year she still did not develop any seasonal allergy symptoms.

Case 4: Seasonal Allergies with Anxiety

Female, 30s: She had suffered from seasonal allergies since childhood, with symptoms worsening every spring — sneezing, itchy and red eyes, and runny nose. She also experienced severe anxiety related to relationship issues. She wanted to heal naturally rather than rely on medications.

Treatment: We first addressed her anxiety with Energy Soul Therapy and Reiki. She released deep emotional wounds from past relationships that she had been holding on to. As she regained emotional lightness and confidence, she transitioned to acupuncture. She responded immediately — her anxiety level diminished after the very first session. Within a few treatments she no longer experienced anxiety. She became more active and began exercising regularly. We then turned to her chronic seasonal allergies. Bi-monthly acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal supplements alleviated her symptoms. The following year she was instructed to take bee pollen before allergy season. She was delighted to find she had almost no symptoms. She continues monthly acupuncture for maintenance.
