The Green Ray is the path of empowerment through developing and activating the ability to connect to nature and the spiritual realm. Under the Green Ray Path, we deepen our relationship with Earthly existence as well as spiritual existence.  

Under Green Ray training, you will develop spiritual skills via meditation and channeling and develop clairvoyance, clair-audience, clair-sentience and clair-cognizance.

You will also have an opportunity to develop an energetic connection with foods as well as their spiritual aspects. 

 

 

Meditation Master Courses


Meditation is a powerful and indispensable tool for purifying the mind to create inner peace. According to Buddhism, the mind, speech (mantra), and body form the “Three Doors” that transform our existence to a higher state of realization.

Meditation practice is the beginning of self-transformation.

At Love & Compassion, both beginners and intermediate meditators are invited to develop a sustainable meditation practice and advanced skills. All courses are taught by Master teacher, Mika Ichihara.
 


 

About Master Teacher: Mika Ichihara


Mika Ichihara was trained under direct guidance and traditional training under four lineages: Taoist Master teacher Zhi Gang Sha; Tibetan Buddhist teachers Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche and Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche in the Nyingma tradition; yogic teachings of the Himalayan, late Yogi Master Swami Rama; and North American Mystery School Tradition. She has been teaching meditation since 2007.

Meditation Master Courses


At Love & Compassion, meditation training begins with inner calming, quieting the mind from inner chattering toward inner peace. Inner calming is the prerequisite for any advanced meditation and spiritual practice.

When the day-to-day conscious mind is overactive, it prevents you from going deeply within. Experiencing inner calming is extremely liberating if you can finally relax the mind, instead of having excessive chains of thought. If you suffer from a busy mind with overthinking, anxiety, or worries disturbing restful sleep, this skill, calming through meditation, can be life-changing.

This course will guide you as you learn all the fundamental skills for quieting the mind and creating calmness and inner peace, letting go of inner chatter. This is the ultimate first step toward developing a sustainable meditation practice

The second essence in our Meditation Master Course series is body-mind integration and cultivation, which is critical for advanced meditation. Meditation and spiritual practice are not limited to your mind’s creation, but involves the entire body - mind - spirit.

The body is the foundation and temple of your soul. Strong energy, balance, and groundedness are crucial for developing sustainable advanced meditation. This Master Course will introduce advanced Taoist meditation techniques to achieve these goals and experience the integration of the body and mind with both self and divine love.


What you learn:

  • How to integrate the body as the foundation and the temple of the mind

  • How to cultivate the body-mind connection

  • Advanced Daoist meditation techniques, including:

  • Strengthening your energy centers to build your energy for health, vitality, longevity, and groundedness

  • Create and balance the flow of energy

  • Communicate with your organs for healing and self-love
